Fire Plan Project Tracking Form
This form is for tracking the time and money spent engaging in fire prevention
related activities. Please use this form for any fire prevention work you do
(such as clearing "defensible space" surrounding your home) or any funds you spend
on fire prevention or that relates to fire prevention (such as changing to a metal
roof) so the community can benefit from possible matching government funds.
